The Executive Development Series (EDS) is designed to help mid-career professional women build skills that are critical to effectively deliver results within their organizations, with a focus on mastering competencies vital to success at the director and VP level. The two seminars of the series may be taken in any order:
- Leading with Power and Authenticity: October 19-21
Leaders rely on effective management skills to get things done. For exponential impact, however, authentic and powerful connections – to self and others – distinguish leaders who inspire trust and confidence from their peers and high-performing teams. This two-and-a-half-day program provides an experiential learning environment, weaving together theory and practice, where participants clarify their leadership vision and learn tactics for making it a reality.
Submit your Scholarship Application to Attend - Executive Leadership Presence: October 19 – 20
is designed to develop Leadership Presence as a means to inspire confidence, engage and influence others, and maintain productivity while increasing visibility and career mobility. This two-day program will introduce participants to a unique framework and toolkit of 12 specific attributes, skills and thought processes that work together to help them build knowledge and expertise.
