Tomika Johnson-Lister

With over 20 years of dedicated service in the tech industry, I have grown from a front-line sales representative to a Senior Capital Analyst in the West Division. My journey began with hands-on experience in sales, revenue, and inventory management, where I honed my skills in customer relations and operational efficiency. Over the years, I have leveraged my expertise to drive strategic financial planning and capital management, contributing to the company’s sustained growth and success. Today, as a Senior Capital Analyst, I continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies of the West Division, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance.

As a BizOps employee, I co-founded and co-led a Self-Development Program before participating in the Texas Finance Career Development Program. In 2023, I was promoted to Senior Analyst, recognized as a “positive change maker,” “truth sayer,” and “confidence booster.” I have embraced intentionality, built strong relationships, bridged communication gaps between stakeholders, and adopted the idea, “do it, especially if it scares you.” Operating authentically has been key to my success.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family—my wife, our daughter, and three dogs. I’m a coffee enthusiast, often traveling for the perfect brew. In my free time, I tend to my personal jungle of over 27 plant species, which helps me stay focused and grounded. As a mother, wife, and dedicated professional, I find joy in the simple, beautiful moments of life. I am people-focused and hold a degree in Social Sciences, with a minor in Psychology.
