Mandy Schultz serves as Senior Manager, Human Resources within XGIE, where she specializes in supporting acquisitions. Comcast, a global media and technology leader, operates through two primary businesses: Comcast Cable and NBCUniversal. In her role, Mandy is dedicated to fostering a Great Place to Work culture—balancing the strategic needs of leadership with ensuring that frontline employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
Prior to joining Comcast, Mandy was Operations Manager for a woman-owned recruiting firm in Texas. Her leadership and commitment have been recognized throughout her career:
- 2012 – Recipient of the Comcast Houston Leadership Award
- 2016 – Selected for Comcast’s prestigious Fundamentals of Leadership program
- 2021 – Honored as Leader of the Year by Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT)
Mandy is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). She exemplifies the WICT Touchstone of being a Catalyst, consistently bringing initiative, quality, and innovation to every endeavor, particularly in her contributions to WICT Greater Texas. A proud Texas native, Mandy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
