Wanda Lewis is a Learning Experience Professional at Comcast, a global media and technology company serving millions of residential and business customers across the United States. With more than 30 years of experience in Learning and Development and over 20 years with Comcast, Wanda has dedicated her career to developing talent, enhancing employee performance, and creating impactful learning experiences that drive business results.
In her role, Wanda partners with business leaders and stakeholders to design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning solutions that support employee growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance. She specializes in onboarding, sales development, customer experience, leadership development, and performance-improvement initiatives that drive employee success and return on investment. Wanda leverages a variety of learning modalities, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), eLearning, blended learning, coaching, and experiential learning to meet diverse learner needs and business objectives. Her approach is grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, incorporating learning theories such as experiential and social learning, as well as learner-centered engagement strategies, to maximize knowledge retention, application, and performance outcomes.
Passionate about innovation, Wanda embraces emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance learning effectiveness, improve productivity, and create scalable learning solutions that support business growth. She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and helping employees build the skills and confidence needed to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Wanda is dedicated to serving her community and supporting the development of future leaders. She serves as a Board Member of the Women’s Network, where she advocates for mentorship, inclusion, professional development, and leadership opportunities. She also serves as Vice President of the Westgate Homeowners Association and as a Board Member for Beacon of Hope School in Kenya, Africa, supporting educational initiatives that create opportunities for students and strengthen local communities. Wanda is honored to be part of WICT Greater Texas and looks forward to collaborating with fellow leaders to advance women in technology, media, and telecommunications.
Wanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Business Leadership and a Master of Arts in Administration with a specialization in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona. She is passionate about lifelong learning, leadership development, mentorship, and empowering others to achieve their personal and professional goals. Outside of work, Wanda enjoys traveling, community service, mentoring others, and spending time with family and friends. She is dedicated to making a positive impact through education, service, and continuous growth.
