Anabel Chavez

Anabel has over 20+ years successfully growing complex business in the wireless, satellite, connectivity, and cable industries.  She is responsible for supporting multiple sites in Bridgeton Missouri, El Paso Texas, San Antonio Texas and Ontario California with several call types (Spanish / English Video Repair and Internet & Voice & Chat Repair) with over 2,300+ employees. She was a founding member and Co-Chair for Spectrum Multicultural as part of the Diversity & Inclusion business resource group from 2018 to 2021.  Anabel was a Board Member for Texas Workforce and the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).  She is currently a member of National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications, Society of Human Resources and Women in Cable Telecommunications Board Co-Chair for WICT Greater Texas. Anabel joined Charter in 2017 as VP Customer Service to launch the Spanish / English flagship site in McAllen TX with four call types. Prior to joining the company, she worked at Concentrix (formerly Convergys) with clients such as Charter, Comcast, DIRECTV, AT&T, Nextel and Sprint. She has extensive career experience in offshore, nearshore, and onshore call centers. Throughout her career she had the opportunity to hold multiple positions in the contact center industry including Customer Service Representative, Lead, Supervisor, Facilitator, Client Services Director, Director for Work at Home, and Enterprise Project Management.  Anabel has launched and led multiple lines of business including Retention, Chat, Technical, Billing, Mobile, Back Office and Case Management supporting over 10 call centers across 4 countries.  Anabel attended Bellevue University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership.

Anabel enjoys traveling, visiting her 21-year-old daughter in San Diego, going to concerts and spending time outdoors.
