I want to start by saying how excited I am to continue growing through WICT and take advantage of opportunities that support my development and help me reach my full potential. I have been with Sparklight since June 2024 where I have had the opportunity to grow and develop within the organization. Early in my time with the company I was selected to assist another location and network which led to a new position and expanded responsibilities. Throughout my journey I was fortunate to work under the leadership of a fellow WICT member who was an amazing mentor. The encouragement and support I received gave me the confidence to push myself and achieve more than I thought possible. I recently joined WICT this year and I am excited to learn from others build meaningful connections and continue growing both personally and professionally. As I continue to grow in my career I have also committed to furthering my education. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business and an Associate of Arts with a concentration in Business Fundamentals with an anticipated graduation year of 2028. Outside of work I enjoy visiting different cities within Texas and exploring new and delicious foods. I make it a priority to travel out of the country at least once a year and experience new cultures. I also love being outdoors staying active and taking part in new adventures whenever I can. Lastly, I also enjoy spending my free time with my loved ones. They keep me grounded and help reveal to me what life is all about.
