
Jaji has over 20+ years in the wireless and cable industries. She is responsible for supporting two sites in El Paso with several call types (English and Spanish Video Repair and Internet & Voice), she oversees the Workforce team and the Facilities team with over 1,000+ employees. She was a member and of Hispanic Women’s Network. Jaji is currently a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications Board as Co-Chair for the membership of WICT Greater Texas.
Jaji joined Time Warner Cable/Charter in 2001 as a Customer Care Representative in El Paso, Texas. She progressed to a supervisor in 2005 in various roles such as customer service supervisor and retention supervisor. In 2008, she had the opportunity start the Phone team and helped build the successful provisioning team in El Paso. Jaji transitioned to the El Paso training team in July 2009. For the next 7 years she facilitated all the new hire classes for the El Paso call center plus supporting Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin, for their new hire classes and many other training projects. In January of 2016, Jaji became the Lead supervisor and launched the lead team in El Paso as she helped pave the way for the Lead program. In December of 2017, she was promoted to a customer service manager. She has progressed through various roles to become the Director of Customer Care since 2022. Jaji has received the Employee of the Quarter Award and was a recipient of the prestigious Charter Gold award in 2020. She has been consistent with performance and teamwork and displays a solid leadership skillset. Jaji’s commitment to her team, her own performance, and her own personal growth plan speak highly of her abilities and motivation. Jaji has been married for 19 years and is a proud mother of teenage twin boys and her 9-year-old daughter. In her spare time, if any, Jaji enjoys cooking and gardening.
