Gabriela Fraser is currently a Repair Chat Supervisor for Spectrum Charter Communication out of El Paso, TX. She has accumulated over 20 years of contact solution center and customer service experience that include different levels of leadership. In her current role, she has served as a mentor with the Spectrum Women’s BRG to guide others and be an encouraging sounding board.
Joining the WICT – Greater Texas chapter as a member in 2024, she wanted to take on the challenge to do more and share her leadership skills to help others achieve their professional goals. In 2025, she became one of the Marketing/Social Media co-chairs to gain a larger platform presence that would increase both member and non-member engagement. For 2026, Gabriela has committed to continue being part of the Communications team as the Communications Lead for Social Media/Website.
Outside of work, she spends time with her children and husband. Taking time out to explore what the great state has to offer and never miss an chance to stop in at a Buc-ees.
Gabriela is current working towards her Bachelor of Science in Organizations Management from Southern New Hampshire University to be obtained April 2026.
