Cristoval Cruz

My family is originally from San Benito, TX but I was born in Fort Hood, TX. I have lived in many places such as California, Kentucky, Tennessee, Germany, and Oklahoma due to my father’s military service. I started my career in the cable industry in 2003 as a universal Customer Service Rep. for Time Warner Cable at the Harlingen location.

As part of my career progression, I spent 9 years as a Regional Quality Advocate amongst other roles. In 2017 I was hired as a Facilitator and made the move to help the McAllen site ramp up.

I was the first Facilitator on site promoted to Facilitator II and have had the opportunity to help launch many successful Lines of Businesses within the organization at the McAllen, TX site and at other locations. With 21 years of experience in the industry, I plan to continue my growth and development in this amazing industry and through BRG’s such as WICT.

During my personal time I enjoy hobbies such as reading, playing guitar, spending time with family, and gaming with my 3 children.

Although my children are all adults, I still must care for 3 fur babies. 2 GSD’s and an orange tabby cat that I’m convinced is the female version of Garfield.

My fun fact is that I went to school and was certified to be an Automative Engine Repair and Suspension & Steering Specialist in the state of Oklahoma.
