Amy Evans, National Client Services Manager for Spectrum Enterprise, is a telecommunications professional adept at leading complex technical discussions to optimize network performance and elevate client experiences. With two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, Amy has navigated various roles across residential and commercial domains, spanning Customer Service, Sales, and Retention.

Amy’s commitment to empowering women in the industry is evident through her longstanding involvement with the WICT board. Having served in roles such as Inspire Mentoring Chair, Scholarship Chair, and presently as the Secretary, Amy is dedicated to providing opportunities for professional growth, drawing from her own experience as a WICT Scholarship recipient. She passionately advocates for women’s advancement, firmly believing that by uplifting others, we uplift ourselves.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, and Communications from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and recently completed an MBA from Western Governors University. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Amy now resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband, two children and two dogs. Outside of work, they enjoy leisurely moments together, and can often be found in their swimming pool.
