Meet Amy Evans

Amy Evans is a Manager of Client Services for Spectrum Enterprise and a seasoned telecommunications professional recognized for leading complex technical and operational discussions that optimize network performance and elevate the client experience. With nearly two decades in the industry, Amy brings a broad and strategic perspective shaped by roles across residential and commercial environments, including Customer Service, Sales, Retention, and Client Services leadership.

A passionate advocate for women in the industry, Amy has been deeply involved with WICT for many years. She has served in multiple leadership roles, including Inspire Mentoring Chair and Scholarship Chair, and currently serves as Vice President. In recognition of her impact and commitment to advancing women in telecommunications, Amy was honored as the 2024 WICT Woman of the Year. As a former WICT Scholarship recipient, she is especially committed to paying it forward—championing mentorship, access, and opportunities that empower women to grow with confidence and purpose.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, and Communications from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and recently earned her MBA from Western Governors University. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, she now resides in Austin, Texas. Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, swimming, and staying active.
