Lisa Boadi

Lisa Boadi serves as Director, Human Resources, in the Texas Region at Comcast. She is a proven HR professional with over 10 years of HR leadership experience, she brings the commitment to talent management, organizational health, and leadership development needed to build excellent leaders and foster an engaged culture.

Lisa will provides strategic HR support for Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Customer Experience functional areas. She has been with Comcast for eight years, first serving as a Recruitment Business Partner and later promoted to Human Resources Manager and most recently serving as West Division Sr. Manager, Talent Management and DE&I. She supported over 4,000 employees across the WD. Lisa was responsible for providing strategic partnership to the Texas and Twin City Regions as well as the Customer Care Operations. Among her numerous accomplishments, Lisa led the Talent Apprenticeship Pilot for WD Talent Team. She also led the Demo Sub-Team for the WD myexperience Adoption Team – this included planning learning and awareness sessions. Lisa, a two-time Comcast West Division HR Summit Award Winner, has also won MVP Elite for Resi Sales & Marketing. She serves on the Comcast Texas Region Women’s Network as a Board Member, national liaison and community events lead.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Administration in Human Resource Management from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. She is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

In her off time, Lisa loves spending time with her five-year old son, Liam, and their adopted dog, Leia. She’s Liam’s biggest cheerleader when he plays soccer, baseball, basketball and American Ninja Warrior. Lisa recently found a new passion and stayed committed to working out at 9round.
