Juli Blanda is the Regional General Manager for the Coastal Bend Region at Lyte Fiber, where she leads strategic operations and growth initiatives across the region. With over 27 years of telecommunications experience and more than 26 years in management and leadership, Juli brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for empowering teams.
Previously, Juli served as Vice President of Cable One (Sparklight), heading the company’s West Division and overseeing operations across six states. Her leadership journey also includes serving as General Manager in the South-Central Division since 2013.
A dedicated community advocate, Juli has served on numerous boards and committees including the San Antonio Food Bank and The Valero Alamo Bowl. She is the current President of the Greater Texas Chapter of WICT and a past Chairperson for the Texas Cable Association. Juli is also the Past-President of the Aransas Pass Rotary and Vice President of Keep Aransas Pass Beautiful. She actively mentors aspiring women in telecommunications through WICT and Cable One.
She is a 2015 Rising Star recipient of the WICT Greater Texas Lone Star Awards and a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Her leadership development includes programs such as Leadership San Marcos, Leadership San Antonio, Leadership Aransas Pass, and Leadership Port Lavaca. Juli also serves as the executive sponsor for The Cable Center’s Driving Intrapreneurship program.
Juli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Capella University and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. She also earned her Executive Leadership Coaching Certification, further enhancing her ability to inspire and develop leaders. When not leading teams or volunteering, Juli enjoys swimming, hiking, gardening, and playing with her black lab, Trixie.
