
Jessica Padilla is a Billing Chat Supervisor within the new chat contact center site in El Paso, TX. She is proud to be part of the chat program and looks forward to contributing to the ongoing success.
Most recently, she has worked within telecommunications for a year along with 17 years of experience in customer service and contact center operations.
Jessica is a firm believer in servant leadership. This is the first year that Jessica is part of the Greater Texas WICT program and is a mentee within the Inspire Mentorship program.
Jessica is the mother of three children, Elisa, Alexandra, and Damian. Spends her free time traveling and orca watching in California or Seattle, WA.
