
Glenda Hallman is a results-driven executive dedicated to consistently exceeding business objectives through strong sales, planning, relationship building, team development, coaching as well as P&L and Project Management. With 25 years of experience in the industry she has been particularly successful in building and leading strong teams over the course of her career.
As Comcast Houston Region’s current Director, Sales & Marketing Operations. Glenda is charged with helping facilitate consistent strategies across the region. Glenda is a champion of creative out of the box ideas that keep her teams motivated and goal driven. Prior to her current role Glenda served as a Senior Sales Manager for indirect channels overseeing all aspects of sales management and growth results within the retail components of the region while focusing on growth, trends and processes. Before relocating to Houston Glenda worked in the Dallas market for AT&T Broadband, which later became Comcast and Time Warner Cable. In those roles she successfully led Commercial Sales, Technical Operations & Construction and Alternative Sales for the market.
Glenda studied in a Business Program at the Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business and has continued to seek ways to continue to develop and grow as a leader that is capable of motivating and supporting a diverse workforce with a strong focus on over achieving goals. She strives to create change that is positive and forward thinking.
