Gema Morales serves as Sr. Manager of Capital at Comcast Communications. In this role, she works with Comcast to optimize organizational performance and ensure effective internal controls. Gema is a strong believer in collaborative partnerships and in the notion that there’s always room for improvement and growth. This belief has prompted her to seek greater challenges and move through the Comcast Houston region environment nine times in the 19 years she has been a Comcaster. This time has greatly enriched her personal and professional life and which has resulted in a broad range of experiences in many areas such consulting, leadership, major customer-centered projects, employee experience, but also in a variety of volunteer opportunities on behalf of the company.
Gema has served as a mentor and a Big Sister through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program for the past 6 years. Her passion for cultural diversity has motivated her to take the lead in the Unidos Employee Resource Group, which has contributed to many initiatives, including Adam’s Corner, an entertainment/library corner at Fisher’s House to bring comfort to military and veteran’s families.
Gema is married to Raul and they have two daughters, Amanda, 13, and, Diana, 10. They live in Houston, where they enjoy spending time at Grandpa’s house with his horse, Chapo and 12 sheeps, including three new babies named Spots, Cow and Latte.
