Dawn A. Wessa

Dawn has been in the telecommunications industry since 2004 when she started with Time Warner Cable as a customer service agent in Columbus, Ohio. She later joined Field Operations where she has held various leadership roles over the past 12 years. Dawn relocated to San Antonio, TX in 2010 and has continued her career with Charter Communications. Her current position is Director over Day of Job, a Field Operations technical support department.   

Outside of Charter, Dawn’s time is mostly spent with her 4 children and supporting their varied activities. Coming from Columbus she is a huge Buckeye’s fan, but when it comes to pro sports the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys take first place.

Dawn is excited to expand her role in the WICT organization and looks forward to partnering on the mentorship committee in the coming year.
