Amy Evans

Amy Evans is a National Client Services Manager for Spectrum Enterprise; she is responsible for enhancing the client experience by becoming a trusted partner with her clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction of their services and support of their network health and integrity.
Amy’s been in the telecommunications industry for 20 years and has worked in both the residential and commercial sides of the business, including Customer Service, Sales and Retention.

Amy has served on the WICT board for several years as Inspire Mentoring Chair and now as the Scholarship Chair. As a past recipient of a WICT Scholarship, Amy knows how valuable this committee is, and is honored to now be able offer opportunities that might not have been possible without a scholarship. Amy is very passionate about providing women additional opportunities & resources to grow and develop professionally. Amy’s dedicated to the belief that by improving others, we improve ourselves.

Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management and Communications from Capital University in Columbus Ohio and is currently pursuing her Masters of Science degree. Amy grew up in Anchorage Alaska and relocated to Austin TX with her husband and two children in 2007, when not working they can be found in their swimming pool!
